Return and Replacement Policy

This Policy is an agreement e-commerce business use to inform users on return and replacement policy. This document should be used by an online retail business or an e-commerce website that sells or offers goods and services directly to consumers.

There are many reasons a customer may be entitled to replace or exchange because after purchasing a product or service online, some customers may be dissatisfied (damaged / broken / does not function) with the products or services they purchased. For example, if the goods were broken or damaged during delivery, the product does not function properly, or the product delivered is different from the one the customer ordered, the customer has the right to receive an exchange or replacement. Consequently, this document is important to notify the customers about how they can return unwanted or damaged goods and claim a replacement for the goods or services they purchased.


The policy simply outlines the type of replacement the website offers, conditions for the replacement, how goods may be returned or exchanged, the number of days a customer can notify the service provider if they want to replace the product, and who pays the shipping cost if the goods will be returned.



Our return policy is valid for 48 hours for the supplied products to claim the replacement. If the relevant tenure had gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement or exchange. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase and video of unpacking of the product is also required.

Cancellation Policy

In case you want to cancel an order, please email [email protected] or call us on +91 8349438383  within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. If you place a cancellation request after 24 hours of ordering the product, we will be unable to recall or honor it.
Kindora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

If the product is damaged
In case you receive a damaged product, please send us an email with the photo of the product received and the Order ID/ Invoice to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product. We can offer you replacement, or refund.

  • If you choose to get a replacement, we will pick up and replace the product free of cost.
  • If you choose to get a refund instead of a replacement for a defective/damaged product, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests from customers in case of frequent returns from them (> 2 returns in a financial year). Some pin codes are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. After approval, your replacement will be processed, and we will automatically courier the product at the address as mentioned for the original purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be replaced; any customized products cannot be replaced.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
